Civil works have begun for a new $45m estate to house 199 families in Brisbane’s south, with buyers already snapping up a third of the first stage.
Orchard Property Group director Ted Cronin confirmed civil contractor Shadforth had been engaged to kick off Willow Logan Reserve to tap into an “acute shortage” of living options in South East Queensland.
“There has been strong enquiry and we expect sales to gather pace as civil works progress on the site,” Mr Cronin said.
The Logan Reserve Road project will see 199 housing lots rolled out over four stages, with land sizes ranging from 375sq m to 605sq m and prices starting at $312,000.
Orchard Property Group has a number of builders signed on for Willow Logan Reserve, with “an extensive offering of housing styles specifically designed to suit the Willow master plan”.
The four stages of Willow Logan Reserve will be linked by a large central parkland with the entire community spanning 14.79 hectares just 29km from Brisbane CBD and 43km from the Gold Coast CBD.
“Buyers have been drawn to the location which offers easy access to Brisbane and the Gold Coast,” Mr Cronin said.
“Willow has also been well received with the design centred around a significant playground for families to enjoy. This will be delivered along with the first stage of residential lots, so the park will be open and ready for use when the residents move into their homes.”
The Willow Logan Reserve sales office is at 465-485 Logan Reserve Road, Logan Reserve.
